Las Vegas Market Vlog | Day 1 🤳

Our design team recently headed to Las Vegas Market to source furniture, lighting, materials, and unexpected pieces for the next generation of Lighthouse projects.

The first thing that caught their attention? Texture.

From tactile materials that practically demanded to be touched to unexpected formats like hair-on-hide dressers, Day 1 was all about adding depth through materials, finishes, and dimension.

A stop at the Global Views showroom brought even more inspiration. Known for furnishing some of the most iconic luxury interiors, including the Wynn Las Vegas, the showroom was filled with pieces that make a room feel collected rather than simply decorated.

Sometimes, it’s the smallest details that make the biggest difference. 👀

For this project, our client is taking a different approach to traditional outlets by installing them horizontally and centering them within the 7¾-inch base trim. The result is a cleaner, more intentional look that blends seamlessly into the space.

And the best part? Some of these custom outlets double as nightlights, adding a little extra functionality and safety after dark. ✨

Thoughtful design doesn’t just look good, it works for the way you live.

A quieter, more comfortable home starts with what’s happening behind the scenes. 🏡

For this project, our team installed open-cell spray foam between the levels of the home to help dampen sound and reduce noise transfer between floors. The result? A more comfortable, enjoyable lower-level space for the homeowners.

It’s a great example of how the right materials and thoughtful construction can make a noticeable difference in how you experience your home. 🔨
