I think people don’t realize how much work goes into remodeling any part of your home. I literally have to become a framer, a plumber, electrician, and any thing else to complete what you paid me to do! Sometimes customers don’t realize you may run into issues when you’re ripping out old material to put in new material! I’m not a robot! So I’m entitled to make mistakes, but as a business owner I’ll never walk away without trying to fix whatever issues the customer doesn’t like (if it’s reasonable). And I understand being frustrated. 🤔 But when a contractor is willing to fix a issue without a problem. Don’t disrespect them! Cause it’s contractors that walk away from jobs for no reasons. And so never offering to go back and make things right to make the customer happy! 😏 It’s never what you say it’s how you say it!
