creamy truffle gnocchi has me ready for fall 🍂

made this with a few things from this week’s Hungryroot delivery. Italian chicken sausage, gnocchi, spinach and their creamy rosemary mushroom truffle sauce. added some shallot + fresh parm and this was stupid easy.

Selden Standard …easily one of the best restaurants in Detroit 🔥

It had been a few years since my last visit to Selden Standard, and I was immediately reminded why it’s one of the best restaurants in Detroit.

The oysters were some of the freshest I’ve had and shucked perfectly. The beef tartare was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, and the sweet corn agnolotti was unreal. Easily one of the best pasta dishes in the city.

I can’t believe I waited this long to come back, but I can promise it won’t happen again.
