Not too shabby for a Saturday morning. About 6yds, 130ish feet of sidewalk. The old sidewalk was a nightmare to remove. Extremely hard, very old, exposed aggregate that was 8 inches thick in some places. It was too small a space in between the neighboring house to get the skid loader in so we had to remove a good 30 ft of it by hand.

A recently renovated bathroom. Biggest obstacle was removing the outdated water jet tub that previously dominated the space. By repurposing the area for a new shower and converting the former shower into a closet, the bathroom's functionality has been significantly enhanced. The renovation was completed with the installation of a new vanity top, faucets, and mirror, as well as new cork-core, grout-less flooring to complement the updated space.

A compact rear patio addition constructed last autumn remains partially incomplete, pending electrical installation for ceiling fans. Once the electrician finishes up, the beam will be clad in stained cedar to match existing posts, and aluminum soffit panels will finish the ceiling. Further enhancements will include sidewalk extensions from the garage and around the perimeter of the home.

Repeat customer called and stated they had some breakout happening in their garage floor. After removal began we discovered a piece of rebar that was installed too shallow during the pour. Being only about ¾ of an inch below the surface, and slightly exposed in one of the control cracks, this piece of bar began to rust and corrode. Although the initial breakout was only about 12 inches, the corrosion extended nearly 2 feet in each direction. Got everything removed, added new rebar after removing the old, and poured the new patch. In about 30 days the coating company can come in and blend everything together like it never happened.

A new garage addition is being finalized on this property. This expansion will enable the homeowner to transform the current small garage into a practical interior space and enhance the accessibility of the new garage, improving overall layout efficiency.

We were able to get the entire roof and siding on this little addition today. Got to charge a little extra for having to incorporate such a large door into the plan but I can make anything happen. Craftsmanship like this is hard to find and as you can see we only use premium siding and roofing materials. Customer was so happy they were speechless.

Busy week. Got a garage built and ready to be dried in and got some old concrete ripped out and prepped for a new patio and pergola.
