With over 50 tomato plants and a wide variety of other vegetables, everything is now planted for the 2026 garden season. As we look forward to our first harvest, we invite you to take part through our volunteering opportunities.

March planting is all about cool-season wins. If your soil is workable, you can get a big head start with greens, roots, and hardy flowers. 🥬🌼

Starter tips for success:
• Sow lettuce/spinach in small batches every 1–2 weeks for a longer harvest
• Cover seedlings if a hard frost is coming (a sheet or frost cloth works) ❄️
• Carrots and beets like loose soil. Remove rocks and break up clumps for straighter roots 🥕

Note: Spring bulbs usually do best planted in fall, but potted bulbs from the store can still be planted now for quick color 🌷
