Whiskers and Weeds Cat Lady and Greenhouse Gardener My name is Melanie, and I live with my husband Joe in Central Maine. This page is dedicated to my cats and my gardening.

We live in a log cabin in the country, and we have 12 rescue cats and 1 silly 12-year-old dog named Tucky. I have been gardening since I was a little girl with my grandma and Mom, and I love it. Our cats came out of some really bad situations, so we try to give them the best life possible to make up for other people's abuse. The cats' names are Pebbles, Dusty, Sunny, Wilbur, Hair Bear, KitKat, Jinx, Ollie, Ginger, Mr. Snickles, Princess Diva, and Baby Boo Bear. Welcome to our page.
