It's not every day that you have a city inspector come down and say your work "looks amazing".
Our footing has been poured and now we can get these custom walls formed out

Wrapped up the necessary excavating for footing depth. Soils engineers come tomorrow for certification. Next comes the rebar. Lots and lots of rebar.

Quality always comes first. No shortcuts. Light sanding with 120 grit paper after primer removes any high spots on the texture while retaining the true texture.

Another one in the books!
Started as water damage restoration and turned into a complete kitchen remodel. We changed the layout and enlarged the uppers and lowers to make it functional and gain more cabinet space.
*I'll be posting before and after photos soon.
