The first photo is trust.
Trust in the plan. Trust in the process. Trust that all the unseen wo rk matters.

The second photo?
That’s the reward.

The vision standing solid on the land it was meant for. Wide porches, strong lines, and a home that looks like it belongs exactly where it sits.

This is why I love building from the ground up.
Because anyone can admire the finished product — but it takes heart, patience, and skill to believe in it when it’s nothing but studs and shadows.

Windows in showers not done right can be a problem. And sometimes you just want to eliminate the headache. But you’re scared the room will be too dark. That’s not an issue with us. For example we renovated this bathroom and it looks bright, clean, and amazing. Without a window. Do you need help with a renovation?

Sometimes you don’t realize how dark, dated, and cramped a space feels until you see what it can become. 👀

At first, this was just the early structure of a home — open framing, exposed trusses, and a foundation quietly doing its job while the vision took shape.

This is the phase where trust matters most.
When you have to see the porch before it exists.
Picture the mornings before the coffee has a place to land.
