Replaced an old, rotted, leaking porch roof today for a customer in Dover. Replaced all lumber but ended up reusing existing metal roofing at customers request to save money. Customer of ours today in Kingston Springs. Someone had run a nail into a condensation line in the wall between the hallway and pantry. We removed the ship lap and shelving in the pantry to get to it and repair the pvc. Then re-installed all shelving and ship lap.
