Something a little different... 240v electric fireplace puts out enough heat for a large family room. No chimney required. Comes standard with remote control. This was a reasonably inexpensive solution for a fireplace that needed thousands of dollars in repairs.

We finished this one up a couple of months ago. Just a prefab swap with custom cabinets to match the kitchen. Nothing too fancy. Simple with clean lines. Storage below hearth extension makes for a great place to store firewood.

Busy chimney/construction company looking to hire a full time skilled tradesman. Foreman or management experience a huge plus.

Candidate must possess the following:
1. 5 years minimum construction or trades experience.
2. Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
3. Have the ability to work unsupervised.
4. Not be afraid of heights.
5. Be able to lift a minimum of 150 lbs.
6. Be drug free.
7. Be able to quickly learn new tasks and skills.
8. CSIA, NFI, or other chimney industry certifications a huge plus.
9. Ability to work some Saturdays.
10. Knowledge of construction tools.
11. Electrical knowledge a plus.
12. Some Masonry/Stone/Tile work experience required.
