We have been busy working the gardens this week, Man are they growing!
The last few days ive been harvesting lots of Mint to dry for the stand , we will also have a pot of "pick your own fresh mint" outside the stand

Did you know Aurora Hot Peppers

🌶 Multicolor Display: Named after the Aurora Borealis, these peppers turn from white/lavender to purple, orange, and finally red as they mature. Because they mature at different times, one plant often shows all these colors at once.

🌶 Surprising Heat: Despite being primarily grown for decoration, they are not mild. They range from 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville Heat Units, making them 4 to 20 times hotter than a jalapeño.

🌶 Ideal for Small Spaces: They are perfect for pots, with plants growing only about 12 to 15 inches tall.Upright Growth: Unlike peppers that hang down, Aurora peppers grow upright (pointing toward the sky) in clusters.
