New upcoming construction project! Entire house remodel in Dix Hills, NY with a two-story rear addition and a second story addition over the garage. Swipe for the before images!

We will also be creating a new, large, open concept kitchen and living space with a breakfast nook and plenty of natural light at the rear of the house. A luxurious primary suite will be added on the second floor with a Juliet balcony and a stunning walk-in closet.

Construction will begin this year, pending approval from Town of Huntington building department.

Project update! Southold, NY. Construction began a few months ago and is going smoothly. Updated photos to come as the project progresses.

🏠 Large residential project completed in Quogue, NY.

We designed two (2) one-story additions. One is a home office, and the other is a primary bedroom suite, including a generous walk-in closet and primary bathroom. We also designed three accessory structures: a 3-car detached garage and a shed, both with a trellis walkway, and a rear yard pool pavilion.

We added a new four legged family member to our family. His name is Elliot but we would like to change it. Kerry is not sold on any names yet but I would like to name him Raylan after a character from a TV show called "Justified".
