“You had me at hello.” This home had buyers hooked before they even walked through the front door. The curb appeal was that good. Beautiful landscaping, blooming flowers, sparkling windows, and the kind of care you can spot from the street.

After 35 years in the same home, the owners were ready for a refresh. To be honest, they weren’t big believers in staging. They loved their home exactly as it was. Our job wasn’t to change it. It was to help buyers see it the way they did.

We edited furniture, improved the flow, updated lighting, brought in new artwork, refreshed the bedding, and layered in warmth and texture throughout.

The result was a home that felt fresh, current, and welcoming while still honoring the story that had been written there for decades.

Best compliment of all? The owners asked us to help with their next home too.

A little Stager Confidential.

Yesterday wasn’t just another closing for me.

That was my parents’ home for more than 55 years. When it became clear they needed to downsize, there were a lot of opinions about what to do with the house.

As the family stager, I knew there was only one answer: give it the attention it deserved and bring it back to life.

We painted, updated, polished, landscaped, and positioned the home for today’s buyer while honoring everything that made it special.

Open house weekend? A line out the door and 18 offers.

Then our first buyer walked away.

For a minute, I thought I was living every seller’s worst nightmare. But the right buyers were waiting, and today the sale officially closed.

This experience reminded me of something I tell my clients all the time:

Staging isn’t about decorating. It’s about positioning.

It’s about helping buyers fall in love with a home the moment they walk through the door.

This time, I wasn’t just the stager.

I was the daughter.

And seeing the result firsthand made me believe in the power of what we do even more.

Congratulations to the buyers! 🤍 you’ll truly love this home, trust me 😉

3 houses at once. Booked. Busy. Running on coffee and furniture Tetris. Moving lamps that barely fit through doors. Arguing over pillows like it’s life or death. Just another week at Stage A Space 🧡

Behind every staging project is movers, painters, electricians, deliveries all showing up at once, boxes piled everywhere, and at least one piece of furniture refusing to fit where it’s supposed to. A lot of squeezing, lifting, rearranging, and trying to make every detail feel just right.

We’re getting these 3 new houses market ready right now and honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. Every home is completely different and figuring out how to bring each space to life is our favorite part.

Stay tuned because these transformations are REALLY good ✨

People always see the finished apartment but never the moving puzzle behind it 😅

We staged 3 model apartments at 18 Dock Street while the building was still being built floor by floor. Once the first 7 floors opened, we staged on the 5th floor so leasing could start immediately. Now that all 400 apartments are officially open, it was time for the models to move up to the 15th floor with those insane water views 🌊

Sounds simple until you realize every floor plan is almost the same but not quite. So this week was a lot of repositioning, swapping, squeezing, lifting, jiggering and trying to make every piece fit like a giant puzzle.

And honestly… one of my favorite parts? Turning an unfinished 6x6 closet into a cozy little office. We popped the door off, got creative, and suddenly this awkward extra space became one of the cutest spots in the apartment.

This is the part of staging people don’t always think about but we LOVE it. Figuring it out, making it work, and helping spaces reach their full potential is the fun part for us 🤍

You know the moment when a listing hits the market and suddenly everyone’s sending it to each other?
Yeah, thats the goal.

This house ended up selling over $400,000 above the asking price. The market was strong, yes. But presentation is what creates momentum. And the way we presented it changed everything.

Thats the power of staging and strong listing photos working together. You’re not just showing square footage. You’re creating curiosity, energy and that wait…. “I need to see this in person” reaction.

The funniest part is some people think staging is just about pillows and decor. Meanwhile we’re over here helping create bidding wars.

Every angle mattered on this one and seeing how buyers responded and how overjoyed our clients were reminded us exactly why we love doing this so much!

Not the full reveal yet… but here’s a little peek at what we’ve been up to lately ✨

Some close-up moments from our newest project before the big transformation. The fabrics, the tones, the lighting, the tiny details we all become slightly insane over along the way.

Our team has officially reached the stage where we’re moving accessories around for 45 minutes and saying things like “wait… no… it felt better before.” 😂

But truthfully, we love every second of it. There’s something really special about helping a home feel its best and seeing our clients genuinely happy when they walk in for the first time.

That feeling never gets old 🤍

Full reveal soon ✨

It’s always in the details 🧡 We love starting with a blank canvas, especially when a home has already been fully updated from the kitchen to the bathrooms. This one gave us the perfect foundation to build on.

For this project, we leaned into our signature palette: warm browns, soft beiges, and subtle hints of yellow and orange to create a space that feels right the moment you walk in.

Nothing overpowering. Nothing forced. Just enough color to catch your eye, create movement, and make each space feel layered and lived in.

Because staging isn’t about filling a room, it’s about creating a feeling people remember. And when every detail is considered like this… it shows. 👀✨

Special shout out to Donna De Bueriis and Clare M. Governale of Daniel Gale Sothebys Intl Realty for recognizing that staging makes all the difference! 🍒

This one came down to one decision. Do the work before you list… or leave money on the table.

After 35 years, the home was full of character, but not exactly aligned with what today’s buyers expect. So we stepped in and reworked the space with intention.

We painted the entire house, packed away years of decor, and updated all the light fixtures (24, to be exact). The kitchen floors were refinished, and overhead lighting was replaced with LED cans to make the space feel brighter, cleaner, and easier to live in (and yes, no more changing bulbs in cathedral ceilings).

Then we styled the home to speak directly to the right buyer and carried that same energy outside with fresh landscaping and a fully prepped patio.

Now it shows the way it should: clean, current, and move-in ready.

That’s what gets buyers to connect quickly, and pay more.

If you’re thinking about selling, this is where it starts!

A little behind-the-scenes look of our latest project…. the making of something special! ✨

From day one, the vision was to completely reimagine this home, and bringing it to life takes a lot of moving parts. Here’s a quick peak at the real process 👀

Furniture arriving piece by piece, artwork going up, walls being painted, floors refinished, lighting installed… a true team effort with everyone jumping in wherever needed.

It’s not always picture perfect in the moment… sometimes it’s a little messy, fast-paced, and very hands-on. But somehow, it all comes together exactly the way it’s meant to.

Stay tuned, this home will be on the market soon. Real soon! 🩷
