This post is for the people looking to buy a new house!!!

As most of you know we are all over the construction world. From metal roofs to decks to framing houses. We frame for some of the best contractors in the area. There are a lot of contractors out there. With that being said there are also some contractors that either don’t know or just try to cut corners to make an extra dollar. If you are in the market in buying a house and would like to know some questions that should be asked before committing to a certain house, please let me know. I can give you a list of questions that you should ask before buying a new house. I promise u not all houses are built the same. This goes from the concrete, to the type of furnace they install, to the quality of flooring they use. I see so many houses being built and sold and I feel like if the buyers knew the correct questions to ask they might not buy that house.
