August - Construction Department Progress:
In the commercial sector, we are wrapping up building details at Joule House in Wynwood — including a concrete ramp re-finish, tile work, and millwork in the lobby and pool areas, with a future spa, steam room, and cold plunges on the way. We also kicked off a new restaurant project at 2341 North Miami Ave, which entails structural repairs to a 7,000 SF building.
On the residential side, we completed a 800 SF basement in Coral Gables and are now moving into the first-floor foundations of a beautiful Spanish-modern style custom home. We’ve also continued strong progress on a beautiful ground-up residence in Miami Beach that will be completed in November.
To top it off, we had the privilege of touring Freedom Park Stadium, where we are currently assisting with architecture.
August has been great, and we’ve been fortunate to collaborate with outstanding subcontractors, and our management team continues to knock projects out of the park. I couldn’t be prouder of the dedication and excellence they bring every single day.
