The TL House is an impressive example of architectural design that seamlessly combines aesthetic beauty and functionality to awaken the senses and create a unique experience. Winner of the Bronze Prize at the International Design Awards International Design Awards 2023, this home is inspired by architecture for the senses, perfectly blending with its natural surroundings and maximizing breathtaking views and magical sunsets.

With meticulous attention to the terrain’s topography, the TL House harmoniously adapts to its environment, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. Its custom design reflects the family’s love for art, transforming every space into a masterpiece of its own.

Spanning an expansive 800 m², the home offers generous and welcoming spaces for its inhabitants. The four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, provide comfort and privacy for every family member.

The open layout on the main level creates a sense of fluidity and freedom, allowing natural light to flood every corner of the house. The direct access to the terrace offers a transitional space between indoors and outdoors, where the natural surroundings and spectacular landscapes can be fully enjoyed.

The TL House is more than just a residence; it is an architectural expression of passion for art and care for the environment. It’s a place where beauty and functionality come together to create a truly exceptional home.

Sanctuaries by the Sea: Architecture for the Senses
Designing a seaside home is much more than creating a shelter; it is about crafting a sanctuary where nature becomes the beating heart of the home. These houses not only offer physical refuge but also serve as temples dedicated to serenity, well-being, and a profound connection with the elements.
Every detail is carefully considered to intensify the sensory experience. The waves crashing on the shore become a constant symphony, while the sea breeze gently caresses every corner of the house, infusing the atmosphere with its salty freshness. Panoramic views of the endless horizon invite contemplation, reminding us of the power and beauty of nature.
Integration with the surroundings is essential. Large windows allow natural light to flood the spaces, playing with shadows and highlighting the texture of natural materials like wood, stone, and glass. These elements not only visually connect with the landscape but also bring it inside, creating a continuous dialogue between the external and internal.
The arrangement of spaces follows a natural flow, inviting relaxation and a slower-paced lifestyle. From an aesthetic standpoint, we chose a clean, modern design that reflects the essence of electronic music. Neutral colors, clean lines, and minimalist elements create a contemporary atmosphere throughout the home.

An open-concept layout ensures visual fluidity in the interior design, eliminating unnecessary visual barriers. This creates a sense of spaciousness and allows the couple to immerse themselves in an architectural environment that stimulates creativity through visual connection.

We framed the views by incorporating large, strategically placed windows to capture inspiring vistas, particularly overlooking the sea. This visual connection with the surroundings can fuel creativity.

We designed an adjustable lighting system to create diverse atmospheres. From soft lights for moments of relaxation to brighter lights for creative sessions, the lighting significantly influences mood and inspiration.
