✨ Description of Duties ✨
Answering and directing phone calls.
Lead clients through an exceptional experience during interactions
Prepare reports on outgoing cash flow for projects as requested
Managing and organizing office files and records
Schedule meetings and jobs as needed
Assisting with data entry and database tasks
Providing general administrative support to the team
✨ Skills & Requirements ✨
A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with visitors and callers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Ability to think on your feet and solve issues as they arise.
Ability to manage tasks without constant supervision.
Ability to use google workspace
Proficiency in drafting, formatting and sending professional emails, as well as managing email correspondence efficiently and timely.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
History of working in a construction company office environment
Proven experience as an office assistant or a similar role.
Experience with construction management software such as Builder trend (but willing to train the right candidate)
Proficiency in Microsoft office suit (Word, Excel,Outlook, Powerpoint)
Proficiency in QuickBooks
