We work all year round no matter if it rains, snows or wind blows! Inside, outside.. It doesn't matter! To this company, our customers come first! The pictures shown here are of the most recent work provided to a return customer (she is really awesome) who wanted new shutters put up because her old one peeled and cracked, and also ordered a new storm door which needed installation. All the work was done in a day and she couldn't be happier with the results! N Greiss Structure Services puts them on the schedule to fit THEIR schedule and makes sure the work is done right!
What about the bill you ask, well it wasn't a Penney over what the estimate was, because it didn't take any more materials or time that was above or beyond the original estimate... In other words, they save on the bottom line when we save time and money.
A big thanks goes out to this lady for helping us through the winter when work is limited and jobs are scarce. Thank you DM

The stairs to this deck and the supports as well as the treads all needed help. Most of which was weak and cracking and needed extra support pieces added to help support the weight.
Upon completing all the support and structural issues we continued on to address the railing itself.
When the original railing was installed, each section of railing had a sunburst patterned wood decoration installed between posts. This decorative pattern was literally falling off!! Tho it had served almost 25yrs, it needed to be updated and replaced.
This customer wanted to go s route that all of us wish we could have but only dream of actually doing. Metal/composite balusters were installed into custom cut frames installed between posts for the cleanest look possible.
The combination of metal (yes it was coated for rust protection and the customer wants to paint them next year regardless) and pressure treated lumber, this deck railing will last far into the future (and look great doing it)!!

Progress work on a deck in Coventry Pa, the project started with lifting the deck in order to replace the vertical support posts.
Once those were replaced, the steps needed new railing posts as well as step supports.
Upon reaching the main deck area, the railin system needed an update. This particular customer requested metal balusters with a decorative spindle in every fourth spot.
What we have so far looks mighty impressive for what we started with. Cannot wait to see the finished product.
