WINTER SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT
HEAT PACKS NOW AVAILABLE!
WINTER IS APPROACHING AND WE ARE WILLING TO SHIP YOUR PLANTS
According to our past policy, we did not ship to areas that would fall below freezing temperatures during the winter months. Our plants are grown in greenhouses so they are not acclimated to cold temperatures. To pursue our customer's happiness and fill orders. We've found the cozy solution in shipping plants in the winter.
NEWEST Available! Heat Packs Shipping Add-On
Before placing an order, PLEASE be aware of the temperatures during the proceeding seven (7) days around the given address. We advise that customers place their order with the addition of a Heat Pack if nighttime temperatures will drop below 45 degrees OR to keep the plants warmer during the shipping process. If temperatures for the proceeding seven (7) days fall below freezing (30 degrees), the customer shall wait to place an order with warmer temperature for a better shipping experience. Heat Packs will not work below freezing temperatures.
Heat packs are excellent at providing warmth for your live shipment during the winter months as they travel to your address. They are designed for reliable and steady heat release and will stay warm based on the number of hours that you choose. We have available Small (up to 40 hours) and Large (up to 96 hours) Heat Packs.
By purchasing a heat pack with your order, you agree that you are mindful of the temperatures over the next seven (7) days of your given address and are responsible for the temperatures surrounding the area that the live plants will be shipped in. Customers should be vigilant and watchful of their package as it arrives to ensure the safety and health of their plants from frigid weather. By placing your order, you have accepted the terms and conditions established by Plant Niche Inc. Our cold weather policy supersedes any other warranties that Plant Niche will not be held liable and/or will not refund any monies due to weather issues based on the weather policy and disclaimer above.
