This bathroom got a complete redesign. We converted the original shower area into a new closet space and transformed the old hot tub area into a custom tiled walk-in shower. Huge difference in both function and appearance.

This one was a full transformation from the ground up.

BEFORE:
The existing tile floor had significant rot underneath. Once we opened it up, the subfloor was compromised and no longer structurally sound — definitely not something you want to tile over. The shower area also needed attention to prevent future water issues.

PROCESS:
✔️ Full demo of the damaged tile and rotted subfloor
✔️ Replaced and reinforced subfloor for a solid, long-lasting base
✔️ Installed proper waterproofing to protect the entire area
✔️ Built a custom curb in front of the shower for durability and function
✔️ Prepped everything the right way before tile installation

AFTER:
A clean, solid, fully waterproofed floor that’s built to last. The new tile not only looks great, but more importantly, everything underneath is done right — no shortcuts.
