This position supports our accounting department by entering A/P, A/R and timesheets into QuickBooks Enterprise, performing some payroll functions, and filing some payroll and sales & use tax returns. Good growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
• Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable with job costing and reconciliation to POs and subcontracts.
• Certified Payroll reporting. Union payroll experience helpful.
• Ensure vendor credit is received for all product returns
• Maintain fleet vehicle records.
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Update PO and Subcontractor spreadsheets
• Prepare Time & Materials Invoices as needed
• Support Controller in administrative duties, compliance, project management and financial record keeping.

Qualifications
• Associates degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational and planning skills

We are a federal and commercial contractor with an outstanding reputation for working safely and providing quality workmanship for over 35 years. This position will be based at one of our project sites at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME.

Responsibilities include:
• Review construction drawings and compile project scope and quantities
• Inspect equipment and technologies
• Monitor field construction, and ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and field crew to determine needs and explain complex issues
• Conduct research and studies on site
• Manage field activities and implement engineering designs
• Diagnose construction or machinery problems; resolve onsite malfunctions
• Track construction progress and update status weekly
• Oversee repairs and technical improvements
• Install new systems and technology
• Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
• Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
• Supervise and direct onsite crew (plumbers, pipefitters, sheet metal workers, insulators & controls)

We are looking for a field engineer to inspect infrastructure and conduct research on site in order to solve problems quickly.
Requirements:
For this job, you need to have mechanical/plumbing experience, specifically:
• HVAC refrigerant systems
• Chilled water systems
• Heating water systems
• Steam systems
• Fuel oil and gas systems
• Compressed air systems
• Process gas systems
• Duct systems
• Chillers
• Cooling towers
• Air handlers
• Heat Exchangers
• Boilers
• Familiar with plumbing and mechanical codes, and ASME B31.1
• Familiar with welding, soldering, brazing, threading of pipe
• Able to read blueprints, understand specifications, and review of submittals for conformance to contract requirements
• Basic knowledge of building automation systems
• Ability to understand and layout based on Architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints
• Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role
• Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment
• Understanding of safety guidelines
• Attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional overtime and weekends
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
• Must be able to pass DOD background check for access to the Naval Shipyard

The Mechanical CAD Drafter will have tasks including creating, updating, and modifying BIM Models and drawings under the direction of an engineer or designer. The Mechanical CAD Drafter operates primarily AutoCAD MEP Software and other computer programs as needed. This position will provide detailing in support of our HVAC and Piping fabrication and installation services.

Essential Job Functions
· Produce and edit Mechanical Piping, Plumbing and Ductwork using AutoCAD MEP and other software to satisfy contract-specific drawing requirements.
· Assist in creation and maintenance of the company’s fabrication standards.
· The highest priority is to produce coordinated fabrication-ready shop drawings meeting field operations approval and compatible with shop fabrication procedures and software.
· Knowledge and use of cutting-edge tools such as interfacing with the Trimble Total Station will be part of the role.
· Compile CAD files from multiple sources, scans of field measurements, foremen’s drawing markups and equipment data for record drawing preparation, including some onsite information documentation.
· Scan, store, and reproduce various project documents for use internally and by external customers.
· Plotting and printing drawings for submissions.

Qualifications
· Proficiency or some training in AutoCAD MEP and/or Revit is preferred.
· Experience with drafting and/or designing HVAC systems beneficial but not required
· Microsoft Office competency, particularly Excel and Outlook

Education and Experience
· Associate degree or completion of coursework in Computer Aided Drafting & Design, Architectural Engineering Technology, or other related two-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and training. Training can be provided If education requirements are not met

Full-Time Delivery Driver/Warehouse associate needed.
Responsibilities:
Receive materials and equipment being delivered to our warehouse in Dover, unloading manually or with a forklift and storing in an organized manner. Deliver materials and equipment to various construction project job sites. Effectively drive DOT commercially rated vehicles (box trucks and flat beds)
Position Requirements:
-Knowledge of Mechanical inventory, commercial plumbing/HVAC materials and supplies is a plus.
- Truck driving and forklift experience are required.
-Must be in good physical condition, capable of heavy lifting.
-Currently hold and maintain valid driver's license with an excellent driving record history.
-Currently hold a DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one.
-High School diploma or equivalent.
- Regular hours are 6am to 2:30pm, Monday thru Friday, with overtime as needed.
