Thank you for bearing with us as the heating season officially gets under way. Please keep in mind that it is just John and I and both of us are often out of the office during business hours. To help us better meet your needs, please keep the following in mind:
If you are a current customer with a no heat (or no hot water) emergency, please email [email protected] or send a private message through Facebook. This increases the likelihood that either John or I will see this in a timely manner if we are out of the office. Please include the issue and the best way to contact you. Please note that a return call could come from a private number.
If you are looking to schedule non-emergency service please leave a message on our business line @ (603)686-1132 and one of us will return your call within 24 hours.
Please note that we are currently scheduling service into January 2022 and currently will not be able to accommodate new customers (not currently on the schedule) prior to the first of the year. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Like so many businesses we are currently operating under staffed, so please be patient with us. We value our customers above all else and we will continue to take care of you and keep you warm this season.
