Back order update: For those of you who have been waiting on back ordered blades we have good news… They will begin to ship next week, starting with Desert Tan! We have been hard at work, cranking out as many knives as humanly possible (without sacrificing the quality we’re known for) and appreciate everyone’s patience. Table knives and complete sets will be shipping immediately following that. You guys are the best and none of this would be possible without you!

We’re 4 days post close and still waiting on final numbers from our third party sweepstakes company. Final few entries are getting counted and should be wrapped tonight - we should have a winner tomorrow!

All orders are out except anything with the carving knife + table knives. Those are backordered and should start shipping third week of April.

One of the most fun projects we have gotten to work on… The Yanagiba is a hand forged single bevel Japanese sushi knife made from White steel #2. In order to bring this blade to life we partnered with a 5th generation master bladesmith out of Nagoya Japan to conduct the traditional forging process before sending to us in America where we conducted handle shaping, fitment, and all blade finishes. In other words, this blade has traveled the world and shaken a lot of hands before it ever ends up in your kitchen. Available exclusively on our website!
