We’re excited to announce a well-earned promotion at J.R. Heald Builders!

Kristina has officially stepped into the role of Assistant Project Manager.

Over the past several years, Kristina has been an integral part of our team as our Business Operations Assistant — supporting the entire business with organization, coordination, and behind-the-scenes leadership that kept everything moving forward. Through her initiative, attention to detail, and genuine passion for the building process, she has organically grown into this next chapter.

In her new role, Kristina will take ownership of our preconstruction process while continuing to support our Project Managers with daily coordination and project ex*****on. This position reflects not only her skill set, but also her dedication to learning, adapting, and growing alongside our company.

We’re incredibly proud of the way she continues to evolve with our business while pursuing the aspects of construction that interest her most.

⬇️⬇️ This ⬇️⬇️

This saying means more to me than most people could imagine. I struggled in school—I had more failing grades than passing ones, and I only graduated because, back then, they could push you through. But the one thing I was always good at, and still am today, is working with my hands and using my brain to figure things out.

Like many people in the trades, I’m not a test taker. That doesn’t mean I’m not smart. In fact, some of the smartest people on the planet work in the trades. When a ship is going down, it’s not the test takers you want—it’s the people who know how to fix things and keep it afloat.

That’s why I’m working hard at BBTT to spotlight the incredible skilled tradespeople who help our economy move every single day. They may not have been test takers, but they are just as important. We need to start looking at people as people—not test scores.

I always say I help my test takers friends with my hands and the tests takers help me with all my needs and believe me I wouldn’t have been able to BBTT without them all!
