The outdated dog ear fencing was also removed and replaced with modern black powder coated aluminum fencing, complete with a custom double swing gate.

Completed project: Constructed all new 8x12 front deck with composite decking and cladding. Finished with powder coated aluminum railing.
Customer had covered porch before, which when taken down, it was determined they would be unable to rebuild according to ordinance. We constructed an all new cantilevered porch roof in such a way so it would fit within the city ordinances that were required.
(Soffit and other minor cosmetic work being done by customer)

Completed Project: The newly built 16x20 wood deck features a sturdy frame constructed from pressure-treated lumber, with a 32-inch-high railing made from white powder-coated aluminum profiles. The deck's surface is composed of pressure treated deck boards, spaced apart for a rustic, open design. The plank skirting is also made from pressure treated material, providing a natural and attractive trim around the perimeter of the deck. The entire structure is designed to withstand the elements and provide a comfortable outdoor living space for years to come.

Installed all new vinyl plank flooring. Sadly we don't have a picture of the before, but the results of the new are stunning. It perfectly matched what the homeowner was looking for. Rigged core vinyl plank flooring was an excellent choice for this home.

Completed project: Rustic cabin in the woods bathroom remodel!

Bathroom was gutted down to the studs, then keeping with the rustic vibe, all new pine bead board walls, tongue and groove car side ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring, large shower stall, toilet and vanity were all installed. Some new plumbing lines installed and junk removal were done and we were assisted by Tony Gon Handyman & Property Management

Cabin owner was happy to keep the rustic wood esthetic, while getting a nice new upgrade. Contact us today with your next home improvements ideas!
