We are seeking a skilled Grinder/Milling Machine Operator to join our team. As a Grinder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

```Responsibilities```
- Set up and operate heavy equipment used in the asphalt industry (primarily Wirtgen 150 milling machines)
- Drive water truck to and from job sites

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience operating grinding machines or similar equipment
- Knowledge of paving industry
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to read blueprints and job orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Spring paving in Chicagoland always comes with its shares of challenges. Between the low temps and the precipitation, this spring has proven to be as challenging as any that we remember. Juggling quality control while literally paving between the raindrops, some days it isn't easy. We are proud of what we do and even more proud of how we do it.
