So we installed grab bars throughout all the bathrooms to help him out.

Little bit of high ceiling drywall work this week.
The homeowner called me to say her12 ft garage ceiling was falling. She parks her car under that ceiling, so we propped it up again and got it secured. Followed uo with new tape and mud - not shown.

After multiple makeovers from life starting as breezeway to the numerous attempts to upgrade this to a modern bathroom, this bathroom finally got its life back.
Gutted to the frame, replacing all the rotted wood, and re-framing the warped walls, repair/replace the patchwork Plumbing - thanks to Langan's Plumbing Services LLC, the upgrade began.
New shower surround, new drywall, new vanity and fixtures, new tile floor and all new trim, lights and exhaust fan. Whoo,
