This home suffered a fire, and my client trusted us to bring it back to life. we discovered a severely deteriorated cast iron trench. Instead of covering it up, we upgraded it. When a client trusts us with the entire project, we go above and beyond. My priority is simple, prevent future leaks, eliminate fire risks, and build it solid - bulletproof.

Since my client is selling the property, all repairs were completed with durability in mind for the next homeowner. This was a major leak repair. We completely removed and reframed the subfloor, replaced the drain, and built a properly pitched concrete base. We applied double waterproofing with submerged thinset technology and finished with epoxy grout. The result came out amazing. I was initially concerned about how the tile would look, but the accent turned out beautifully. Another happy client!

I don’t cut corners when it comes to materials, brother. Proper preparation is everything. We all love a beautiful finish, but what truly matters is what’s underneath.
