We’re excited to recognize one of the newest members of the Burlington Carpet One Floor & Home team, Destiny Beam. Since joining us six months ago, Destiny has shown a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to learning every aspect of the floor covering industry.

Through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and a dedication to serving customers well, Destiny has quickly built a solid foundation of product knowledge across a wide range of flooring options. Her focus on understanding customer needs and guiding them through the selection process has already made her a valuable part of our sales team.

As a result of her hard work and initiative, Destiny has earned a Sales Certification in Customer Service Excellence along with a Home Design Certification, equipping her to assist customers with both practical flooring solutions and design-forward choices for their homes.
