PSA...I can't say enough about Patrick Albrecht who owns The Tech Brat. In one word he is brilliant! I have spent hours with tech support with Apple and Microsoft for my phone and computer, and he solved the issues in no time and quickly got me set up with a couple of downloads to make my life easier, safer, and most of all give me peace of mind. He works on some of the most complex corporate installs yet also works with small businesses like I have. Next time you have computer issues of any kind, Apple or Microsoft, you need to call The Tech Brat!

Happy Sunday morning to you! I'm so excited to share the finished photographs from my latest project, a true labor of love, of this complete renovation inside and out. From a new dock and seawall to a new driveway and everything in between! This home went from being a tired Tuscany style to a modern Mediterranean home with extensive outdoor living. I redesigned the entire project, including project/construction management, down to the bedding and window treatments. The clients were about the best anyone could ask for and have an incredible art collection that made it easy to work around.

A complete renovation inside and out for this dated Tuscany styled home. A new flat tile roof, bronze modern box gutters, and a new remote controlled louvered awning extends living space to the outside. The pool was relocated and redesigned. Final installation of new gates and this project is in the books. Can’t wait to have it photographed by when this quarantine is over with! Huge shout out to Waylon Smith of All Metals Custom who did all the custom metal work on this home that helped transform a tired two decades old Tuscany look into a modern clean lined residence. Carl and Kyle of All Seamless Gutters also helped with the huge transition when we installed modern box gutters.
