Another spa spillover upgrade completed for one of our full-season service customers. 🪨✨

The existing tile along the top of the spillover had become damaged, so we removed it and replaced it with 1.5” bluestone for a cleaner, more durable finish.

Each piece was individually cut to fit, carefully smoothed and finished, and we also replaced damaged tile along the pool side of the spillover. 🔨

The result is a clean, finished look that blends naturally with the pool area — and most importantly, another happy customer. ✅

This is a pool we take care of from start to finish each season — opening, weekly maintenance, equipment upgrades, repairs, and closing. When something comes up throughout the year, our customers know they can call the same company they already trust with the rest of their pool.

A cleaner look. A more permanent solution. ✨

This raised spa spillover originally featured tile across the top, but with both an automatic pool cover and winter safety cover, those exposed tiles were susceptible to damage over time.

We removed the existing top tile, repaired the tile along the sides of the spillover, and carefully chipped the surface down to accommodate new 1” bluestone while maintaining the proper clearance required for the automatic cover.

The finished result is a cleaner, more modern look with a durable surface better suited for the space—giving the homeowner a long-term solution without compromising the operation of the pool cover.

Here’s a quick recap of an expansion joint replacement we recently completed for one of our weekly maintenance clients in Perkasie, PA.

A properly sealed expansion joint is essential to protecting your pool and surrounding hardscape. Over time, failed or missing joint sealant allows water to pe*****te beneath the coping and deck. When temperatures drop, that trapped water freezes, expands, and can lead to cracked concrete, loose coping, and damaged or fallen tile.

For this project, we removed the failed joint material, cleaned and prepared the joint, installed a sand backer, and applied a self-leveling sealant to create a long-lasting, watertight seal designed to accommodate normal deck movement.

Preventative maintenance like this helps protect your investment, extend the life of your pool, and avoid costly repairs in the future.

Yesterday we removed this older 400,000 BTU propane Raypak heater after the heat exchanger began leaking, and upgraded the system with a new Jandy JXiQ heater.
