THE BUCKS COUNTY CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS- George J. Donovan Memorial Scholarship
The Bucks County Chapter of AIA Chapter incorporated locally in 1961. The Bucks County Chapter of AIA currently has about 90 members and is an active community member. AIA Bucks County actively promotes and leverages the expertise of its members to influence and shape the designed environment, as well as policies and legislation affecting that environment.
CRITERIA/QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A high school senior attending a public, private, charter, and/or technical school Bucks County. Students who have been home-schooled and have completed the Pennsylvania requirements for course of study to receive a diploma and the student’s school district of residence is in Bucks County.
2. Student plans a career in Architecture and is pursing a major such as, but not limited to, Architecture, Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, CAD Technology, Sustainable Design.
3. Demonstrate community service.
4. At least a 3.0 grade point average.
