🚨 7:00 AM Not exactly the text message you want to get while your in a meeting! 😂🔧
One of the guys sent me a picture this morning of a nice puddle forming underneath one of our trucks. Not exactly how we planned on starting the day!
After checking things out, we found the culprit, a power steering line had rusted through and was spraying fluid everywhere!
Thankfully, it happened right here at the shop instead of in a customer's driveway!
But here's the thing about running a business: Problems are inevitable. It's how you handle them that matters! 💪
One of the guys headed out to track down a replacement line while I got to work removing the old one. And let me tell you, that thing did NOT want to come out! 😂
Kurtis showed up with the new line, we got it installed, topped everything off, and just like that...
✅ 10:30 AM Truck fixed and back on the road!
No tow truck. No repair shop. Just some teamwork, a little mechanical know-how, and a willingness to roll up our sleeves and get it done.
I wanted to share this because most people only see the finished jobs, the clean houses, and the pretty Christmas lights. They don't always see everything that goes on behind the scenes to keep a small business running.
At Sean's Property Services, we're problem solvers. Whether it's a problem on one of our trucks or a challenge on a customer's property, we figure it out, get the job done, and do our best to keep a smile on our faces along the way!
