All remodeling jobs are fun except basement remodeling, but that's just me. Some remodelers like doing drywall, in fact, drywall is their thing. The less of it I get the better I like it, and there was not drywall on this job.

Vinyl vs Wood Lattice

When should you use vinyl lattice and when should you use wood lattice, and what are the strengths and limitations of each? Really, the answer isn’t too hard to guess, but if this is a decision you’re face with, then you’ll definitely want to read this short article.

I just installed an HDTV antenna outside. Nice little antenna, which was bought on Amazon. Because of the bad reception I installed above the gutters, so there will be little interference. Really the higher the better, but a couple feet above the gutters should do it. This little unit works great way up there, just hope it’s as waterproof as they say, but I’m sure it is. This shed was badly damaged when a huge limb crashed through its roof. Fortunately, the limb was oriented exactly along the peak and left the structure of the front and back walls intact. Also, there was 1 roof joist that was not destroyed. All I had to do was rebuild the roof and 1 side wall and put siding on 2 walls.
