It’s always nice to put a face with a business and see the family you’re supporting when you hire us…. So let’s meet the owner!

Shawn Smallwood is a seasoned welder working in this role for 12 years. Shawn and his family live on a ranch in Mannford, OK so he has vast experience in clearing land, building fences, and fabrication. Shawn has been married to his wife Jacey for more than a decade and has three daughters. Having never met a stranger, all of his bids are done in person so each client feels comfortable and confident before starting a project. Knowing the challenges of owning a business and managing a ranch, he is persistent, steadfast, and works to make sure each project is done on time, on budget, and the final product is of top quality.

Double S Land Co. is a land services company offering skid steer services, land clearing, forestry mulching, and pasture reclamation.

We build fences including ornamental (wood and/or metal) fence, pipe fence, and barbed wire fence.

We also custom fabricate gates, entryways, cattle guards, fence braces, etc!
