I had the pleasure of catching up with my friend Sina, one of the brilliant minds behind Barcelona’s new stadium project. I’m incredibly proud of his work on this internationally renowned project. Even though I’m a die-hard Madrid fan, I can’t help but be excited—because at the end of the day, football is a passion we all share. And now, I’m even more thrilled to announce that Sina has joined the Sirus Construction and Management Inc. team as the head of our new Construction Projects group, leading commercial and industrial efforts. Here’s to amazing achievements ahead—and yes—Viva Madrid! 😉

Barcelona’s stadium, known as Spotify Camp Nou, is undergoing a major renovation. The club returned to play at the stadium in late 2025 with partial capacity, and as of 2026, about 62,000 seats are available. The full expansion, aiming for around 105,000 seats, plus a new roof, is expected to be completed by the end of 2027. In the meantime, the club is balancing construction with matches, and the project costs around 1.5 billion euros.

Commissioning plays a critical role in improving reliability, efficiency, and quality across our industry, and I’m looking forward to contributing my experience while learning from other talented professionals in the field. Great reminder that this industry is smaller than we think.
Just arrived in Cedar Rapids, IA—and ran into an old friend, Kedric. We first worked together across more than 14 AWS commissioning projects, from Ohio to Oregon. Back then, it was all about long days, tight schedules.
Fast forward to today—he’s now leading one of the largest QTS projects in the nation. From U.S. Marine Corps to running major data center operations… that’s the kind of growth and leadership you respect.

Last night I had the opportunity to meet Jeremiah Gracia Director of Economic Development during the State of the City of Dublin, Ohio USA event.

The conversation was inspiring.
We talked about the future of our city —
🏗️ and infrastructure growth
⚡ and power demands
🏢 centers
🚗 vehicles and EV infrastructure

It’s clear that Jeremiah and his team are thinking long-term about the future of Dublin.
Cities don’t grow by accident.
They grow through vision, leadership, and people willing to build the future.
