“I am absolutely elated to be doing the educational visioning while also having a voice on the core team designing this new building for the Springfield-Clark CTC,” ~ Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center Superintendent Michelle Patrick.
The Core Team, made up of members of the CTC, Ohio Facilities Construction Commission and Schorr Architects teams, have met regularly since August 2025 to discuss the initial phases of the building project and are now focused on the schematic design phase of the design process, according to Patrick.

Construction for the new Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center has started with the land being cleared, including 18 acres of trees removed.

Congratulations to Preservation Parks of Delaware County! They are the winner of the 2025 Ohio Parks and Recreation Association Governor’s Award for the Braille Trail at Hogback Ridge Park in Sunbury—the only known Braille Trail in central Ohio.
