This was a recent full gut remodel that started out as a multi unit rental that was (2) studios. (1 ) was“finished” and the other a “work in progress”. The customer wanted the building turned into (1) single family unit that would be a rental. The finished product was, (1) bedroom, (1.75) bathroom that was a beautiful transformation.

This little angel is still looking for her forever home, she’s now 8 weeks old and doing well with house training. She loves to play, super affectionate (once she warms up to you, which takes all of 10min lol) she does great with dogs and cats. Being so young she will honestly thrive in any situation. There is a rehoming fee, she isn’t mine we’re just fostering her. Her brother went to his forever home last Tuesday and her other brother is staying with me.
