Just finished a full gut on this bathroom—new plumbing, new electrical, and everything rebuilt from the studs up. We went with large-format tile for a clean, modern look with fewer grout lines and easier cleaning.

The homeowner even had some tile sitting in their basement for 20 years, so we gave it new life on the floor. Swipe for the before pics!

Before and afters of this Treated deck with black aluminum spindles. Bolted railing posts for solid railings for years. Water management system underneath with a gutter and downspout. This deck lived a long good life, it was almost 40 years old . Client did a great job maintaining it and that’s why it didn’t rot after 20 years. Treated decks can last with proper care.

Swipe for the finished project. Here’s a job from a few weeks ago. Clients decks piers had sunk 4 inches into the ground causing the deck to lean. We had GoliathTech out to install helical piers in the morning, got it jacked up, built a temporary wall while we removed the old posts and beam and put in new posts and a new beam. Was a great one day job in between our other big jobs.
