We did it!! All of our tubers are out of the ground, split, washed and in the cooler. We ended up with about 5,500 that we will sell and use in our 2026 gardens. Our goal to have our dahlia tuber page up on our website to purchase all these babies by the end of the week. Stay tuned!!

After 10 days in the countryside of England, I drove back to work at the farm on Monday with a few tears in my eyes. We are so fortunate to have our little escape in the rolling hills of Dubuque, IA. We are so fortunate to have all our local and nationwide supporters of our little flower farm. To say I am grateful would be an understatement of the overwhelming feeling of support we had in our 2025 season. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
While the flowers of looking, well…seasoned…we’ve started THE GREAT DAHLIA DIG. About 4,000 dahlias will need to be lifted from the ground, washed, split and stored until next May. It brings a mixed feeling of finding gold and freezing your butt off with an achy, tired body 😂
The dahlia tubers will be marked for sale on our website in November with shipping in April. Be on the lookout for more details! In the meantime, tulip bulbs are available now❤️

We are gearing up to see you at Czipar’s Apple Orchard Fall Festival tomorrow at 9:00! We will have sunflowers galore, baby blue eucalyptus, fresh and dried lavender, mixed flowers, candles, lavender oil and lavender products, and so much fun flower gear! Can’t wait to see you there!!
