This deck had some major support work done. The laminate beam in the 6th and 7th picture started to rot. I replaced the beam with 3 new green treated. Now that deck should last a long time.
As you can see from the pictures. I replaced the old brick and installed mortar. This also required the soffits to be replaced.

I started this page because I take on a lot of side jobs fixing and repairing decks and wooded fixtures. Just to talk about myself a little. I'm currently a store manager for tool company. In my spare time I've built many decks. The reason I started to build them is because so many companies with big names charge too much money!

I have applied for permits to do all of the work I have done. To be completely honest I'm a perfectionist and want to only do something once and be done. So if you need help and want me to build your deck. Email me.
