Employee Spotlight: Charles Benefield, Region 1 🌿
This week, we're recognizing Charles Benefield, a Foreperson in Region 1, who has spent more than seven years leading crews and helping develop the next generation of employees.
For Charles, the goal is simple:
"I don't want you to be the fastest. I don't want you to be the best. I just want you to be safe at what you do."
Known for his commitment to safety, training, and showing up every day ready to work, Charles has earned the trust and respect of his crew.
His General Foreperson, James Currington, says it best:
"They trust him and don't want to work with anyone but him."

🌲 Hands-on training in Johnson City, TN, last week.
Kendall spent the day with local linemen focusing on tree felling techniques, hazard awareness, and other important topics that help support safe storm response operations.
