The Jabs Construction, Inc. Virginia Minicups make their first visit to Orange County Speedway for the 2026 season this Saturday! We join the Showdown Series and Carolina Pro Late Model Series for a great night of short track racing with your favorite half scale stock cars doing TWIN 20 lap features!

This past weekend I attended the end-of-year banquet for the VMCRA.
We have been the title sponsor for the VMCRA (Virginia Mini Cup Racing Association) for three years now.
These drivers and their racing teams put a lot into their craft.
Brian Orvine does a great job running this association and did a terrific job with the banquet.
The banquet was held at Kitchen 33 and their food was delicious.
Below is the photo of the top nine racers. The point spread between the first place (Johnny Shonk) and second place (Noah Matthews) winners was only 1 point! That is some good racing.
If you haven't been to one of these races, please make a point during the 2026 season to come out and enjoy a race or two. This is a family friendly outing.
Next year will be the 30th anniversary for this racing association so this will be a special year.
Congratulations to all the drivers/teams for the efforts put into the 2025 season.

Here are a few projects we have in progress.
First is a master suite addition/remodel in Dale City. Interior photos soon to follow.
Then a interior kitchen expansion/remodel. We saved and relocated some of the existing old custom made cabinets. Added wood flooring in the original kitchen and added an island.
Lastely, a new screen porch. We just need to finalize screening and a couple of small items.

Hope everyone enjoys the upcoming Thanksgiving. Family first.
