Having started out in the horticulture field at the age of 12, Tom started his career in an old school farming environment that grew plants and vegetables from seeds. He later went on to horticulture school and continued to work in the fields as well as in the office. Tom ultimately expanded his expertise with the addition of lawn maintenance, excavating, plantings and building small cabanas. With
