What We’re Looking For:

✅ Basic construction experience
✅ Some framing experience preferred
✅ Able to lift 100+ lbs
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Strong work ethic & positive attitude
✅ Willing to learn and grow

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔨 Building decks, porches & outdoor living spaces
🔨 Framing, decking, railings & carpentry work
🔨 Material handling & job site organization
🔨 Working alongside experienced builders

Growth Opportunity:

📈 This position is intended to grow into a Crew Lead role for the right person.

We recently completed this custom covered porch roof over an existing deck, giving these homeowners a comfortable outdoor space they can enjoy throughout every season. The only thing left is the gutters, and this project will be wrapped up.

This new roof provides shade from the summer heat, protection from the rain, and adds value and functionality to the home while blending seamlessly with the existing structure.

Before & After: Wood Deck Rebuild with Simple Roof

This project started with an old, splintering deck that had definitely seen better days. We tore it out and replaced it with fresh pressure-treated decking and added a simple lean-to roof to create shade and protection from the elements.

Now the homeowners have a stronger, safer, and more comfortable outdoor space they can enjoy rain or shine.
