They are doing their first group trim as a new installer team 👍🏼

Sabrina is taking the lead this trim and learning how to take charge and lead a multi person crew.

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO SABRINA AND JAMES

Sabrina and James are from our young adults training program and they just completed their first full solo trim in 2 days! They did an absolutely incredible job and we could not be more proud!

They did an amazing job on windowsills for their first time too. We can not wait to see these two grow.

We don’t just help build houses. We help build companies. Jr and Sabrina are a part of our young adults training team which includes learning how to get their LLC, learning how to manage their own team of installers and learning all the ins and out of running a successful company.

Trent Daniels LLC just landed another community so that means we are hiring again! We are looking for a skilled trim carpenter that wants to join our team! We work with mainly Pulte homes and we have work in Stonecreek, Marion ranch, pioneer ranch and Twisted oaks!

We offer top notch quality at a fast pace that keeps the builders happy! We pay a percentage per job and that percentage is eligible for increase when we can see the quality of work that’s being put out.

⭕️ Must be able to do exterior door installs
⭕️ Must have the necessary tools to complete Door installs and Trim jobs
⭕️ Must have reliable transportation
