It’s been a busy spring painting season! Here is one of the more dramatic jobs I’ve done so far this year. Took this house from grey, chipping, and sad to bright, fresh and purple! 👾💜

Photos of my most recently completed job. Wild how much a fresh coat helped brighten this house up! The colors had really faded along with the paint chipping and caulk cracking. Always satisfying to do a complete exterior on a house with a lot of detail.

My most recent completed job! This place needed pretty much every surface redone. Tons of dry wall repairs to be made, baseboards removed so the new floors could go in, new baseboards replaced and caulked. Windows, kitchen, bathroom recaulked. Ceilings and walls, doors and trim all repainted. But what a difference! This rental property is ready for its new tenants 👌🏻

After and before photos of a satisfying job! This barn turned guest house was a perfect candidate for a paint sprayer. Rough wood that would take time to cover with a paint brush and not many windows or features to mask off. Of course there was also plenty of detailing and hard to reach spots with brushes, but the sprayer made this job so much faster! When appropriate it’s a great tool 👍🏻
