It’s been an endless winter and wet spring; which has ultimately delayed our opening - but the sun is shining 🌞and the heavy equipment is on site, busy at work. Progress is happening!

A year ago we launched our tiny home community concept to the to public for the first time at the Durango Home & Ranch show. Today, we are nearly 100% FULL with reservations.
