A little more content from newly completed work. This is an ADU addition to an old bungalow, which will be renovated in Phase 2. I was limited to 800 SF and fit a 2BR/2BA w/ a living room, kitchenette, and laundry.

The garage now has a concrete floor, which helped reduce the scale inside (it's still pleasantly cavernous). The exterior, however, is deceptively "small" and fits right into the neighborhood.
