The Exterior of this new house in Hillsborough, NC that's supposed to look like an old horse farm from Buck's County, Pennsylvania is really taking shape. Can't wait for all the interior details to be completed and the landscaping to give it the final "patina". Chris McGhee with Christopher Rand Construction is doing an excellent job building a new "old house".

Lookout Ridge has been such an exciting project to design at Blue Ridge Mountain Club. It’s such a unique and wonderful opportunity! The way that these homes have been selling so quickly has truly been amazing.

It's always fun to have a new Design reach this stage of construction. What had been "paper" really starts to come to life and these clients are so excited to get a good sense of what their new home is going to be like to live in.

This was a wonderful home to design with incredible views of the Intercoastal Waterway. The clients were wonderful, and it was a truly one of a kind experience where the original schematic design was not changed through the entire construction process. The "H" shape footprint was developed to create the most privacy from the neighboring homes, and give wonderful corner views out to the water. Truly a one of a kind home.
